This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop messaging that resonates with target audiences and an excellent communicator who can build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute PR and communications strategies that align with the agency's objectives and business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals to secure media coverage for the agency and its clients.
- Create and distribute press releases, pitch stories, and coordinate interviews and other media opportunities.
- Manage the agency's social media accounts and develop content for those channels.
- Develop content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Manage crisis communication plans and serve as the point of contact for any media inquiries during a crisis.
- Measure the success of PR and communications campaigns and report on those results to agency leadership and clients.
- Collaborate with other teams within the agency, including account managers, creative teams, and digital teams, to ensure that PR and communications strategies are aligned with overall marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with media relations and crisis management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing principles and practices
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
