**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Identifying business opportunities with different sources of communications and contact zones.

2. Reaching out and building relationships with relevant Partners and Clients, B2B & B2C.

3. Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as marketing, public relations, and program management, to align outreach initiatives with overall organizational objectives.

4. Manage the budget allocated for outreach activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

5. Track and analyse outreach metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of outreach efforts.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outreach and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in outreach strategies and processes.

7. Equipping staff with technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

8. Suggesting upgrades & added products and services that may interest the targeted audience.

9. Procuring new customers through direct contacts, word-of-mouth & collaboration with the marketing dept.

10. Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes to outreach with better and improvised results.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
1. Experience
- 3+ years

2. Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

3. Applicants must have from Healthcare industry.

4. Neat and well-groomed appearance.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication.

6. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
