**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements

for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and

Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Responsibility**
- Should have experience into End to end IT Recruitment
- Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement

as per needs & their suitability
- Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
- Conducting In person interviews and Virtual Interviews
- Creating MOM of the Virtual round interviews
- Conducting all required round or test for the right selection
- Verifying salary proof before final round
- Proactively checking for all seating arrangement, laptop etc
- Keeping welcome kit ready
- Assisting Sr. HR in the induction
- Completing the pre joining formalities
- Constantly working on new ways of Recruitment
- Tie up with placement coordinators, new recruitment portal/ app
- Keeping the profile updated on social media platforms
