**Job Title**: ERP Support Trainee
**Location**: Udaipur
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal users by addressing and resolving system-related issues.
- Maintain records of support tickets and prepare reports on recurring issues.
- Stay updated on ERP features, updates, and best practices to enhance system support.
- Conduct product demos for prospective clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our ERP solutions.
- Follow up with leads, address queries, and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting new clients.
- Support the sales process by preparing presentations, sales pitches, and other necessary documents.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities (prior experience with ERP software is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
