Sales Trainee

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Sales Trainee** to join our team in Udaipur. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about learning, problem-solving, and building client relationships. The work will be divided equally between providing ERP support and identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP Support**
- Assist clients with technical queries and provide support for ERP system functionalities.
- Work closely with the ERP implementation team to understand client requirements and ensure seamless usage of the system.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on using ERP features effectively.
- Log and troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex problems to the technical team when necessary.
- Maintain records of client interactions and support provided in the CRM system.

**2. Sales**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
