Responsible for smooth running of the daily production, make sure that the required product quality can be always kept for all articles.

New Mould trial and troubleshooting of process related problems.

Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve planed production targets.

Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

Excellent shopfloor management skills.
