About the Role:
As a Tele Sales Agent at Simply Herbal, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, build rapport, and drive sales of our wellness products. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales to contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and initiate conversations about our products.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Simply Herbal's wellness products.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve overall objectives.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
