Role Purpose
The Application Administrator is responsible for addressing requests, incidents, maintenance, and configuration activities in support of various Commercial Real Estate Applications. They will be responsible for consistent, repeatable processes to establish a knowledge repository for future resource training and growth of the technology operational team.
The position will report to the Program Manager and have good communication skills for resolving end user questions and issues. The position will require resource supporting US time zones.

**Responsibilities**:
License management, User configuration and Setup
Manage configurations, administration
Identify areas for automation
Performs maintenance activities as needed throughout the year
Address and resolve issues per support tickets
Follow processes and procedures
Create repeatable processes and knowledge articles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field or Associates with 1 to 3 years of equivalent experience.

**Familiarity of CRE Applications including FM**: Systems, IWMS, and other Saas based software (SalesForce, ServiceNow, etc.). Experience in CRE would be a plus.
Understanding the difference between feature requests and operational support
Experience in DevOps and operational administration procedures
Experience with various SQL and query-based logic statements
Experience with administration, configuration, implementation of Saas systems, a plus.
Proven track record of interaction with customers and establishing relationships with key stakeholders and policymakers.
Flexible to work in shifts. This role will require supporting US business hours.
Strong analytical skills
Organized, detail-oriented and a reliable owner of all tasks
