**Job Title: Production Manager - Aluminium & Glass Fabrication**

**Location**: Greater Noida

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: 5+ years (in aluminum & glass fabrication

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day production activities for aluminum and glass doors, windows, partitions, and other architectural products.
- Interpret and execute production as per detailed fabrication/architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently across various fabrication and assembly stages.
- Ensure timely execution of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and site teams for seamless workflow.
- Handle raw material flow, optimize resource usage, and minimize wastage.
- Supervise factory operations, monitor machine usage, and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Train and guide fabrication staff for technical excellence and safe working practices.
- Maintain production logs, monitor productivity, and report to management.
- Handle any on-ground challenges and resolve bottlenecks swiftly

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **In-depth knowledge of aluminum systems (sliding, casement, curtain wall, partitions, etc.) and glass types.**:

- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/fabrication drawings.
- Hands-on experience in managing factory teams and production lines.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of machines like double miter saw, CNC router, punching machines, etc.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality checks and installation procedures is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium & glass fabrication production.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
