We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with project manager, developers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality software products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of software development projects. Help maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- **Communication**: Act as the main point of contact between clients, project managers, and the development team. Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, issues, and requirements.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Scheduling**: Organize project meetings, track deadlines, and ensure that all team members are aligned on key tasks and milestones.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks, communicate them to the team and stakeholders, and assist in developing strategies for mitigation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and quality, including coordination of testing efforts and reviewing feedback from clients or users.
- **Resource Management**: Support in resource planning and allocation to ensure the team has the necessary tools, technologies, and support to meet project goals.
- **Client Liaison**: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- **Team Support**: Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordinating tasks, managing workloads, and tracking progress against timelines.
- **Project Reporting**: Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresher or 6 months of experience in a project coordination or administrative role within a software development or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to track project progress effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Agile project management or Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of software development languages, tools, or frameworks is a plus (e.g., Java, Python,.NET).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,948.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
