1. **On-Field Sales & Marketing Executive (2 positions)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and driven On-Field Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meet potential clients and promote AluNex’s innovative aluminium doors and windows solutions. You will be required to search for new construction projects, engage with building owners, conduct on-site meetings, take measurements, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and the ability to work autonomously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various locations within and outside the city to conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify new construction projects and reach out to building owners to offer our aluminium doors and windows solutions.
- Conduct on-site meetings, take accurate measurements, and prepare quotations using the in-house software (training provided).
- Negotiate terms and close sales.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely execution and delivery of projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and quality service, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients, maintain communication throughout the project, and resolve issues if any.
- Maintain WhatsApp groups to facilitate smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and management.
- Track project progress and ensure positive feedback from clients.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and project planning.
- Willingness to travel and work outside the city when necessary.
- Ability to maintain client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of using sales software is a plus (training will be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,796.69 - ₹29,256.42 per month
