In-House Marketing & Sales Executive (2 positions)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven In-House Marketing & Sales Executive to manage and grow AluNex’s online presence. This role is responsible for social media marketing, SEO, digital marketing, and other marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and enhancing brand visibility. You will also coordinate between the on-field sales team and management, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.

Implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Coordinate with the on-field sales team to ensure all client information, feedback, and project statuses are up to date.

Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product details.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Support the on-field sales team by managing project timelines and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and management.

Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Creative with a keen eye for design and content creation.

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.

Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
