**Summary**:
As a Client Servicing Executive - Trainee, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of basics of digital marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Manager in research on brands, their online presence.
- Inline withe Manager, understand client objectives, goals, and requirements, and develop customized digital marketing strategies to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing specialists, content creators, and designers, in delivering their work assignments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues and challenges with professionalism and diplomacy.
