Production Supervisor(Compostable Plastic)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to meet production schedules and quality standards.**

**Monitor workflow, assign duties, and ensure employees follow safety and operational procedures.**

**Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency.**

**Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, and coordinate repairs when necessary.**

**Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.**

**Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with warehouse or purchasing teams.**

**Maintain documentation related to production, safety, and quality control.**

**Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.**

**Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Maintenance) to resolve production issues.**

**Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency**

**Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant**

**Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping**

**Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly**

**Qualifications**:
**5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 year in a supervisory or leadership role.**

**Strong understanding of production machinery and processes.**

**Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.**

**Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and effectively.**

**Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.**

**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (e.g., ERP systems).**

**Work Environment**:
**Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, depending on production needs.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
