Responsibilities:
1. Understand the mechanics of the molding machine and Setup cell per work instructions

2. Remove molded plastic part from the injection molding machine

3. Maintain cycle times to ensure customer delivery dates

4. Day-to-day coverage/support of production molds: respond to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

5. Implement and modify PM documents, schedules, and activities under the direction of the Tool & Die Supervisor.

6. Perform major repairs and rebuilds

7. Plan and organize between shift and weekend work, including verification, for smooth operations.

8. Assist the Tool & Die Supervisor in developing PMs and procedures for maintaining all of the equipment in the shop.

9. Design, fabricate, implement, and fully document Tool/Die improvements and modifications.

10. Provide Troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical systems and connections between Tool/Die and the machines.

11. Provide effective direction, coaching, and training to fellow employees on shift to boost their skill sets, and help production achieve their goals.

12. Manage Tool/Die consumables, and spare part inventory.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

- Plastic injection mold production: 6 years (preferred)
- Setup cell per work instructions: 6 years (preferred)
- handling multi cavity mould: 6 years (preferred)
- Trouble Shooting mold machines: 8 years (preferred)
- Mold Loading & unloading: 4 years (preferred)
- documentation as per ISO standards: 5 years (preferred)
