We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with a creative edge to join our team at GoDigit. In this role, you will be an essential part of our digital marketing team, responsible for creating and executing online marketing strategies that drive results. Your role will encompass not only digital marketing but also graphic design and video editing to enhance our online presence and deliver visually compelling content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, integrating design and multimedia elements to meet business objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the brand's social media presence by crafting and scheduling creative content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance.
- **Graphic Design**: Produce high-quality graphics and visuals for marketing materials, including ads, infographics, and promotional content.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and create compelling video content for digital campaigns, including short promotional videos, tutorials, and social media reels.
- **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**: Optimize content, including multimedia elements, to enhance organic search rankings and website traffic.
- **PPC Advertising**: Set up and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a focus on visually appealing ads to drive conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, and multimedia content, and provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present creative ideas, and align marketing efforts with their goals.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing spend on graphic and video content for maximum impact.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in digital marketing, design, and video editing.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization**: Identify opportunities to enhance user experience through improved visual content and multimedia elements on client websites.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to derive insights from digital marketing data.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
