**Responsibilities**:- Analysis of client accounts & aging report.- Communicate & Assist sales in resolving client billing issues.- Assist with special projects.- Ensures that FDS receives money owed for services- Responds to client requests and inquiries about billing, payment terms. Ensures a high level of customer service to FDS clients

**Required Skills**:
- Education qualification any degree with Finance/Accounting background- Should have minimum 1+ years of work experience in collections and resolving client billing-
- Customer service working with internal & external clients- Problem Solving Skills- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- High attention to detail and organization Invoice/billing accuracy- Proactive work style Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner- Basic knowledge of excel; Analyze data- Should be willing work in 4 PM to 1 AM shift (IST)
