_**Roles and Responsibilities**_
- **Strategy**: Support the head of strategy in building short term and long term clarity for the business in terms of process optimization, market bets and overall efficiency of the org
- **Research**: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, study benchmarks for solutioning, reporting, experimental studies to eventually inform strategic decision
- making.
- **Program Management**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee special programs and projects
- **Strategic communication**: Be the strategic mind behind the organization’s mouthpiece
- The role reports to the Head of Strategy and Research
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, research or business development roles.
- Strong analytical skills
- Be very organized and possess intellectual honesty
- Be a good communicator
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- You should be someone who is innately curious about the world around them
- Possess an interest outside of work
