Job Description: Junior Architect

**Location**: Bangalore, India

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the conceptual design and development of architectural projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.
- Conduct site visits and assist in gathering site data and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and input on design development.
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals.
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with project goals.
- Support the team in project documentation and administration tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
