Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of direct sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Penetration:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BFSI sector through direct sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing direct sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with overall business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Forecast sales trends, identify challenges, and recommend solutions for improvement.
