Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Document Preparation**:Preparing and reviewing various shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring all documentation meets the legal and regulatory requirements for both import and export, both domestically and internationally.
- **Shipment Tracking**:Monitoring and tracking the status of shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- **Coordination**:Coordinating with various parties, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- **Documentation Management**:Maintaining accurate records and organizing documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- **Reporting**:Preparing daily reports on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- **Payment Processing**:Managing and verifying payment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
- **Review and Update SOPs**:Reviewing and updating standard operating procedures to ensure proper documentation practices.
