
Executive Export Documentation

Key Responsibilities:
- **Documentation Preparation**:
- Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations, export control laws, and international trade policies.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any other required documents.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay up-to-date with changing export regulations and ensure all exports comply with international shipping laws and regulations.
- Obtain necessary export licenses and permits, and ensure adherence to Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) if applicable.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and agents to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution of export activities.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Address and resolve issues related to export shipments, including delays, customs holds, and documentation discrepancies.
- Work with logistics providers and customs brokers to troubleshoot and resolve any shipment issues.
- **Experience**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in export documentation or a related role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Incoterms, Harmonized System (HS) codes, and international shipping practices.

Pay: ₹135,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
