Education Qualifications:

- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Education, NET / SET with significant experience may be considered
- M.Ed degree
- university genuines certificate is needed

**Experience**:

- Minimum of [2] years of teaching experience at the college or university level,
- preferably in a B.Ed program.
- freshers also perferable

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and contribute to academic scholarship.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in teacher education and assistant professors
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards in education.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
