**Student Development**:Focus on student welfare, career counselling, and placement activities. Encourage extracurricular activities, internships, and industry collaborations.

**Compliance and Governance**:Ensure adherence to rules and regulations set by governing bodies and maintain college discipline. Implement policies for anti-ragging, gender equality, and other ethical concerns.
