**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and support the rest of the recruitment team.
- Troubleshoot and make clear decisions based on analytical thinking.
- Embody the Urban Ashram values of integrity, transparency, and integrity.

- ** Know how to manage your desk and yourself.**:

- Ability to plan time realistically and execute the same.

**Specific Details**:

- Work location: In-office, BTM layout Bangalore.
- Work Timings: 5 days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Direct report: Account manager
- Senior Report: COO
- Designation: IT Recruiter
- Salary: 10,000 per month
