**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth by identifying and targeting potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Generate and follow up on leads, creating tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- **Client Interaction**:
- Conduct regular sales visits to both existing and new clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Presentation & Consultation**:
- Present and demonstrate technical products or services to clients in a clear, effective, and engaging manner.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and usage, with an emphasis on the technical aspects of the offerings.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**:
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements with clients.
- Track and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Technical Support**:
- Utilize AutoCAD to prepare drawings, schematics, or product mockups for clients when needed.
- Offer technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring the products meet their specifications and requirements.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify opportunities for business growth.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and progress toward goals in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, challenges, and market trends.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent technical qualification.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of new business generation and client management.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for creating technical drawings or illustrations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, products, or services.
- **Sales Skills**:
- Strong business development and sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- **Communication & Presentation**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and presentable demeanor in client-facing situations.
- **Other Skills**:
- Self-motivated, with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
