**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on set criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with interested leads to move them further in the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and share qualified lead information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Good listening skills and persuasive ability.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
