**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Import Documentation**: Handle all import-related documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, bills of lading, customs clearance papers, and other related documents.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure the smooth processing of import shipments.
- **Logistics Management**: Monitor the entire import process from order placement to delivery. Ensure that all products are delivered within the expected timelines and quality standards.
- **Customs Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all applicable import regulations, including customs procedures, tariffs, taxes, and other duties.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates of incoming shipments.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the import process, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipment documentation.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain regular reports on import activities, including shipment status, cost analysis, and other related metrics.
- **Vendor Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, shipping companies, and other external parties involved in the import process.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in import/export operations or a similar role. Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with customs regulations, import documentation, and logistics management.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and import-related software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with international suppliers and external stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
