**Job Title**: Outbound Sales Representative
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote energy, telecom, and power products and services.
- Follow communication scripts to handle various topics effectively.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet personal and team targets for call volume and sales performance.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a sales or call centre role, preferably in the energy, telecom, or power sectors. (Minimum of 1-year experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the energy, telecom, and power industries.
**Shift Timing**: UK Shift
- 1:30 PM- 10:30 PM (Depending on daylight savings)
**Working Days**: 5 days (Monday - Friday)/ Saturday, Sunday Fixed off
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
