**Role Overview**
As an Outbound Tele-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential customers. You will be responsible for harvesting leads from social media and other sources, making outbound calls, and selling our healthcare services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively search for and harvest leads from social media platforms, online directories, and other relevant sources.
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers based on identified leads.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our unique value proposition and demonstrate how our healthcare services can benefit potential customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our naturopathy and Ayurveda-based products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track sales activities, manage a sales pipeline, and forecast revenue.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound tele-sales, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using a CRM system.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in generating leads from social media platforms.
- Knowledge of naturopathy and Ayurveda.
