We’re looking for a Retail & Community Experience Associate who embodies the values of kindness, hospitality, and sustainability. This role is perfect for someone who loves fostering connections, engaging with people, and creating a welcoming space that goes beyond transactions.

Who You Are:

- Warm, friendly, and engaging—You make people feel at home effortlessly.
- Passionate about sustainability & conscious brands—You understand and can communicate the ethos behind The Sensing House and the brands we retail.
- Excellent in customer experience & sales—You have a strong grasp of retail KPIs and know how to drive sales while ensuring a meaningful shopping experience.
- A natural storyteller—You can share the stories behind the products with authenticity and depth.
- Hospitality-minded—Background in luxury retail, café management, or high-end services is a plus.
- Responsible & detail-oriented—You can manage daily store operations, maintain inventory, and keep the space feeling like a sanctuary.

What You’ll Do:

- Create a warm, mindful shopping experience for visitors.
- Talk about and represent the brands we retail with care and depth.
- Hit sales KPIs while prioritizing genuine customer interactions.
- Maintain the energy and flow of the space, ensuring it remains a welcoming third space for all.
- Support community events and activations hosted at The Sensing House.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
