If you want to help shape a young brand with big ambitions, where your ideas truly matter, you’ll feel right at home with us.The Role:You’ll be responsible for everything that helps Sensing thrive online: from our website to our Instagram to how we talk to our community. This role blends storytelling and numbers. Focusing on sales, marketing, and analytics you’ll create campaigns, shape the online store experience, and turn our audience into happy, returning customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage and build our Shopify store keeping it fresh and easy to shop (product uploads, pricing, descriptions, analytics, user experience).Plan & run digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, email).Grow our social presence thoughtfully and authentically (Building an engaged community).Set up and run paid ads with a modest budget; track and improve ROI.Work with founder on content ideas and with the offline team to cross-promote launches and events.Analyze sales funnels; suggest improvements to increase conversion.Build and maintain a basic CRM to nurture repeat customers.Share weekly insights (traffic, conversions, online sales) on whats working and what we can do betterWhat Experience/Skills Are Needed?2–4 years in e-commerce or digital marketing (experience with consumer/ lifestyle/ fashion, wellness brands preferred).Hands-on experience with Shopify and social media business tools.Understands performance marketing (ads, targeting, analytics).Creative eye for brand-aligned content; can brief designers/photographers.Curious and analytical: comfortable learning from numbers and trying new things.Startup mindset: proactive, willing to experiment and learn.Location: Mumbai, India, Hybrid(Mumbai-based preferred; some remote work possible)How to Apply: Send your CV and a short note on why you feel connected to Sensing and this role at
