Profile : _Field Sales Associate_

Location : _Vesu - Surat, Gujarat_

Timings : _9:30 am to 7:30 pm / Monday - Saturday ( 6 days working, 1 day fixed off - Sunday )_

Experience : _Fresher and Minimum 6 months work exp._

Compensation : _Upto 3.6 Lpa + Travelling Allowance._

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Conducting regular Field Visits to generate leads & revenue
- Calling on data provided by the company to arrange meetings with Potential customers and generate new business.
- Achieve Weekly & Monthly Targets.
- Present the product favourably and in a structured manner over the call & in meetings.
- Follow up with potential customers & helping other team members to achieve personal & team targets.
- Develop SalaryBox as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company policies.
- Must be ready to travel across the assigned territory with own vehicle.
- Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook - pleasant personality & Target Oriented.
- Punctual with Office Reporting timings & Client Meeting Timings.
- Serious about his & family's health with healthy lifestyle past records. should not feel sick every now & then to avoid sick leaves & late comings.
- Who believes in taking ownership & accountability for performance rather than making excuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
