**Job Title: Interior Designer**

**Experience**: 1+ Years

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Responsibilities**:
**1. Conceptualization & Planning**:
○ Create innovative design concepts tailored to client preferences and requirements.

○ Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to showcase design proposals.

**2. Project Coordination**:
○ Work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.

○ Select and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with client expectations.

**3. Compliance & Documentation**:
○ Ensure all designs adhere to building codes and regulations.

○ Maintain accurate documentation of project specifications and updates.

**Sales Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement**:
○ Handle client inquiries and conduct site visits to understand space requirements.

○ Present design concepts and solutions effectively to convert leads into projects.

**2. Target Achievement**:
○ Meet monthly sales targets by closing deals and upselling design solutions.

○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

**3. Follow-ups**:
○ Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients and ensure timely project updates.
- Experience: 1+ years in interior design or a related field, with exposure to sales activities.
- Education: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.

**-Soft Skills**:
○ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

○ Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

○ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**-Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends if required; weekly off on Tuesday.**
