**About the Role**:
As a Creative Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to conceptualize and execute a wide range of digital and print creatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Metaphi and our client projects, pushing boundaries with innovative design ideas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality visual designs for social media, websites, branding, marketing campaigns, UI/UX assets, and presentations.
- Translate concepts into clean, modern, and engaging visuals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives and deliver compelling creative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to keep our designs fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple mediums (social, branding, web, print).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus.
- Attention to detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and a passion for design innovation.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with UI/UX or web design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Video editing skills
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

**Interview Process**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
