**Job Title: Creative Designer**

**Location**: Mumbai - Andheri West

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience Level**: Mid-Level (2-3 years)

**Budget:

- **25k - 30k pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creative assets including banners, graphics, and multimedia content for digital platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative designs, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to innovate and suggest new ideas for design strategies.
- Work closely with copywriters, digital marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and high-impact marketing materials.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
- Provide expertise on graphic design principles, digital art, and visual communication best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in creative design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and a variety of creative projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of printing processes, photography, illustration, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to stakeholders and team members.
- Experience working on marketing projects across various categories will be considered an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
