**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Retention Caller** to engage with existing IT service clients, address concerns, and maintain long-term business relationships. This role involves voice-based communication to ensure continued satisfaction and renewals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make scheduled calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Handle questions, feedback, or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Identify renewal opportunities and encourage continued engagement.
- Share updates on new services or offers relevant to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication in the CRM.
- Meet targets for retention rates and client feedback follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or client support, preferably in IT or digital services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle queries, complaints, and retain clients professionally.
- Basic understanding of IT or digital services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes.
