**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **digital marketing campaigns** across Google, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Manage and update **CRM databases** and customer leads from IndiaMART and B2B portals.
- Prepare **product brochures, presentations, and marketing materials** for industrial clients.
- Implement **SEO and SEM strategies** to enhance online visibility and traffic.
- Manage **social media presence** and run targeted promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Track **campaign analytics (CTR, CPC, conversions)** and prepare performance reports.
- Engage with customers to present solutions and generate qualified leads.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in **industrial/B2B marketing**, preferably **manufacturing or automation**.
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing tools** (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaigns).
- Hands-on experience in **SEO, SEM, and lead generation**.
- Proficiency in **content creation, copywriting, and Canva/creative design**.
- Excellent **communication, analytical, and customer engagement** skills.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving digital tools.
