**Fresh2Day** is fast growing Retail Chain having 22 Stores and aspire to grow to 40 in the current year.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development within the team. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals including developers, system administrators, and support staff.

**ERP Implementation and Optimization**:

- Drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems tailored to retail operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

**Cost Reduction Initiatives**:

- Develop and execute strategies to optimize IT spending while maintaining or improving service levels.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and leverage cost-effective technologies.

**Consulting and Expertise**:

- Provide expert guidance on web technologies, software development methodologies, and data hosting solutions.
- Consult with internal teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives and industry best practices.

**Hardware and Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware systems including POS terminals, servers, networking equipment, and other peripherals.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the retail IT infrastructure.

**Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and select vendors for hardware, software, and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships to drive accountability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing retail IT operations.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in a leadership role within retail IT, with expertise in hardware, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development methodologies, and data hosting solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving IT initiatives in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and cost reduction.
