**Position**: Coordinator - Dispatch & Supply Chain (Female)
**Location**: Plot No 8 Ganesh Vihar -B, Nirman Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan Pin code-302019
**Department**: Dispatch & Supply Chain Management
**Reporting To**: [Manager / Head of SCM]

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dispatch Coordination**:

- Prepare and monitor daily dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and drivers for timely delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records, challans, invoices, and transport documents.
- Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.

**Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Assist in procurement follow-ups with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
- Support in vendor management and timely material availability.

**Administrative Support**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation for audits.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/Tally (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
