
Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve queries of Residents, clients, etc
- Manage manpower, like electrician, plumber, Security staffs, etc
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Greet visitors and provide customer service.
- Manage office premises, site etc
- Maintain stocks, stationary, equipments, etc
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- MBA OR EQUIVALENT DEGREE WILL BE PREFERED FIRST
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
