**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Kaizen Workspace
**Job Type**: 6 Month Internship
**Stipend** : 10k
**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team in driving growth and ensuring smooth operations. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing sales processes, and providing administrative and operational support to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
- Support in drafting contracts, agreements, and invoices.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal team for queries and updates.
- Track sales targets and ensure timely follow-up on pending deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to streamline sales campaigns and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.
