Chief Technology Officer

**Position Overview**:
As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping our technology strategy, leading the technology team, and driving innovation in Fintech & Edtech. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure, and driving technological innovation to achieve our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technology Leadership**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's technology initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business.

**Team Management**:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.

**Technology Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
- Ensure the integration of technology solutions across all departments to support overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations and ensure our products and services remain compliant with relevant standards.

**Product Development**:

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of our products and platforms, ensuring they are not only user-friendly and scalable but also pedagogically effective.

**Innovation and Research**:

- Drive innovation and research efforts to enhance the company's technological capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

**Educational Content**:

- Oversee the creation of top-tier educational content, encompassing digital textbooks, e-learning modules, and interactive resources.

**Partnerships**:

- Collaborate with external partners, vendors to identify and capitalize on opportunities for joint ventures, and technological partnerships.

**Data Analytics**:

- Harness the power of data analytics and machine learning to derive actionable insights into user’s performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making to enhance the overall experience.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align technology strategy with overall business goals.

**Budget and Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Optimize technology-related expenses while maintaining high-performance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic technology initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Prior experience in the Fintech / Edtech industry or a strong passion for technology is highly desirable.
- Strong project management acumen, evidenced by a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
