**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **outbound and inbound international calls** with clients and customers.
- Communicate fluently in English with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
- Provide information about products and services in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly call targets.
- Follow communication guidelines and maintain call quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in an **international voice process / BPO / call center**.
- Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts or rotational shifts**, if required.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in an international calling profile (voice process mandatory).
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

**Salary**:
Salary will be **based on last drawn and experience**, along with **performance-based incentives**.
