**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)**

**Location: Onsite/Hybrid(Hyderabad)**

**Salary: Up to 4.5 to 5.5 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls in an international voice process setting.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly and professionally.

Handle a diverse range of customer concerns including inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and general assistance.

Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve performance targets.

Adapt to rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Uphold company policies and standards while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies to effectively address customer needs.

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in all interactions with customers.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Prior experience in a customer service role preferred, especially in a call center or BPO environment.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software and systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.

Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
