**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The responsibilities include managing and supervising team members and projects with quality.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites works are carried as planned
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Ability to plan of work. Communicate the planning to workers.
- Regular site visit to monitor the project progress. Knowledge of reading drawings. Analytical thinking. Problem solving orientation and communication abilities with workers. Reporting of progress to Superior.
- Willingness to travel as may be required time to time.

1. Graduation in any field.

2. Practical experience in a similar position

3. Strong time-management and organizational skills

4. Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in this field.

5. Having a 2 wheeler will be an added advantage
