An Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor plays a multifaceted role, combining creative design skills with practical project management.

**Design Responsibilities**:

- Space Planning_: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior layouts.
- Material Selection_: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings to enhance the space.
- Conceptualization_: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Working Drawings_: Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Budget Management_: Ensure design solutions align with the client’s budget.

**Site Supervision Responsibilities**:

- Construction Oversight_: Supervise on-site construction and renovation projects.
- Coordination_: Act as a bridge between contractors, vendors, and the design team.
- Quality Control_: Ensure work quality, adherence to design specifications, and timely execution.
- Timeline Management_: Monitor project timelines and milestones.
- Interior Design_: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Project Management_: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets.
- Communication_: Effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Attention to Detail_: Ensure precision in design execution.
- Problem-Solving_: Address on-site challenges promptly.

**Salary**: ₹10,672.94 - ₹24,502.57 per month
