Job Details

We are looking for a highly capable IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, his duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance and securing data.

Occasional travel may be required for meetings. (Within Mumbai).

Job Description:

- Good knowledge of server operating system
- Providing IT assistance to staff.
- Timely resolution of logged errors.
- Monitoring performance metrics for hardware, software, and systems.
- Updating software and upgrading hardware and systems as needed.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Documenting processes and conducting diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, with skills in troubleshooting hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Advanced expertise in database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to stay updated with technical innovations and trends in IT support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Managing and monitoring network infrastructure and security.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Providing technical support either on-site or through remote access.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Troubleshooting technological issues and swiftly resolving problems to ensure smooth business operations.

Technical Knowledge:

- 1. Microsoft Windows Server.

2. Active Directory (Administration).

3. End-User Devices (Desktop / Laptop / Mobile Phone / Desk Phones)

4. Exposure to Citrix.

5. Knowledge of MS SharePoint.

6. Understanding of Networking technologies and concepts.

**we are providing salary, no other benefits and Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 5.30 working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)**
