**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment in assigned areas. This role involves daily cleaning tasks, special cleaning projects, and ensuring that all areas are kept at high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other room amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other essentials.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and materials are stored properly.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest or resident requests for additional services or information.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to meet quality standards and efficiency targets.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and storing linens when necessary.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, seasonal cleaning, or special projects.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach when interacting with guests and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Physical stamina required for lifting and moving heavy objects and extended periods of walking or standing.
