**Profile**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Location**: Gurugram

**Must have knowledge in Meta Ads or Google Ads**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and scale **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns**focused on lead generation and brand growth.
- Manage social media platforms end-to-end—curating, scheduling, and optimizing content for engagement and authority.
- Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building to improve organic visibility.
- Drive qualified traffic through both organic and paid channels using audience insights and growth strategies.
- **Conduct A/B testing** on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve ROI and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics, **Meta** Business Suite, Tag Manager, etc., and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to deliver high-converting campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform trends, industry best practices, and digital marketing innovations.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva, copywriting).
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
